Manly Bands in Lindon, UT is seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to oversee the company’s day-to-day and longer-term operational strategy. You will manage warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, quality control, systems, and customer service to support growth.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years leading operations, PMP/Lean/Six Sigma credentials, strong leadership, budgeting, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business admin or related field.
• PMP/Lean/Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of operations leadership experience.
• Strong project management experience.
• Leadership to manage and inspire teams.
• Strategic financial planning and cost analysis.
• People management including recruitment and training.
• Analytical skills to optimize operations.
• Tech-savvy with ecommerce proficiency.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations to hit short- and long-term goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Mentor, lead, and develop warehouse, manufacturing and customer support managers.
• Develop and implement cost-control measures and drive savings.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement to optimize inventory and lead times.
• Identify and mitigate risks including health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance and People teams.
• Support product development in scaling operations for launches.
• Measure performance of processes (budget, operations, management).
• Define strategic growth as part of the executive team.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects.
