Qualifications

• Ability to lead, manage, and mentor staff and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees Stafford County's communications and community engagement program.
• Develops strategic communications plans aligned with Board priorities and leadership.
• Oversees media relations, FOIA compliance, and crisis communications.
• Manages customer service and access to government information channels.
• Evaluates communications effectiveness using data and feedback.
