• Experience with competency-based learning, regulatory compliance, and interprofessional education.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and capability to drive culture change and system-wide learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a clinical learning strategy that enhances patient safety and reliability across service lines.
• Partner with Quality, Patient Safety, and Risk Management to align education with safety and error-prevention goals.
• Lead design and delivery of competency-based, simulation-driven, interprofessional training; use tech-enhanced learning tools.
• Oversee learning health system initiatives using real-time data to adapt programs.
• Guide workforce development, academic partnerships, and community health collaborations; manage budget and resources.
