Ignite Medical Resort Katy seeks a Director of Nursing/Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care. The role emphasizes on-call coverage, coordination of services, and adherence to assessment-based care plans within a SNF setting.

Ideal candidate will have a Texas RN license and at least two years of DON experience in SNF, with a track record of quality improvement and professional leadership.

Qualifications

• 2 years of DON experience in SNF required.
• Licensed RN in Texas is required.
• Must be able to take after-hours and weekend on-call.
• Maintains QA programs and drives continuous improvement.
• Maintain professional appearance and follow care directions.
