Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration required; Doctoral degree strongly preferred.
• Active RN licensure in the state of practice or equivalent licensure under licensure compacts.
• Eight to ten years of progressive leadership experience in nursing and hospital operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for nursing and organizational growth.
• Lead and manage day-to-day operations, including workforce planning and talent development.
• Foster collaboration between nursing, clinical departments, and medical staff.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and policies.
• Serve as a change agent for quality, safety, patient experience, and financial sustainability.
• Oversee integration of care and operations across the organization.
• Motivate and lead a high-performing management team with coaching and development.
• Maintain knowledge of clinical practice, healthcare economics, and policy.
• Champion evidence-based practice and shared decision-making.
• Direct operating and capital budgets and represent the hospital externally.
