Qualifications

• Registered nurse with an active license and able to practice in Florida state.
• Two years of experience in home health is mandatory.
• Experience using any EMR is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for clinical services in home health care.
• Oversee the intake and clinical appropriateness of case referrals.
• Lead and manage all clinical staff including hiring and training.

Skills

Excellent verbal and communication skills

Well organized

Experience using EMR (Synergy)
