Formación
- MSN and 4 years of professional nursing leadership experience
- State license and unrestricted registration
- Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration and program leadership
Responsabilidades
- Provides senior leadership and oversight for daily clinical and administrative nursing operations
- Supports integration of nursing with other disciplines to achieve patient-centered goals
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams across the facility and network
- Contributes to standards of care, policies, and objectives for nursing improvement
- Supports RN residency programs and ensures competency across critical care staffing
- Leads allocation of human and material resources and develops follow-up plans with executive teams
- Establishes relationships with physicians and surgical leadership to optimize care delivery
