You will set the research agenda, recruit and mentor a world-class team, and publish at top AI conferences while representing Swarms in the research community.

This role directs large-scale experiments with unrestricted compute and partners with engineering to move research results into the Swarms platform.

Qualifications

• Experienced researcher with a cited, extensive multi-agent research portfolio.
• Strong publication record at top AI venues.
• Experience recruiting and leading researchers or building a team.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead the multi-agent research agenda for Swarms.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of world-class researchers.
• Publish research at top AI conferences and represent Swarms in the research community.
• Direct large-scale experiments with unrestricted compute and unlimited API credits for OpenAI, Anthropic, and other providers.
• Partner with engineering to move research results into the Swarms platform.
