Nood seeks a Chief Marketing Officer to own the business P&L and drive growth across DTC ecommerce, Amazon, and retail. You will shape brand, product positioning, pricing, and launches to build a defining beauty devices and skincare business.

Reporting to the Founder and CEO, you will lead the marketing and commercial organization, optimize the website experience, lifecycle programs, and partnerships to deliver profitable scale and lasting customer value.

Qualifikationen

• Experience scaling a multi-digit DTC consumer business.
• Proven ability to own a business P&L, budgets and demand forecasts.
• Deep product marketing experience with launches and portfolio expansion.
• Improving customer value through offers, lifecycle marketing and subscriptions.
• Strong ecommerce judgment across acquisition, website and conversion.

• Own P&L and drive revenue, gross margin, and profitability.
• Lead product launches, pricing, and portfolio strategy.
• Own customer lifecycle from acquisition to reactivation.
• Oversee ecommerce performance and website experience.
