Job summary

Launch Legends, the parent company behind Autheo, is seeking an equity cofounder for a part‑time role focused on liquidity and market structure. You will own the maker program, recruit first quoting desks, and establish listing gates for Autheo’s On‑chain venues.

This seat sits alongside executives, with token allocations and salary milestones tied to funding and node progression. You will design the v1 maker framework, balance THEO spot and perp markets, and coordinate with liquidity partners

Qualifications

• Has run a maker program, a designated‑market‑maker mandate, or a quoting desk on a live book.
• Can write an obligation a desk will sign: spread, size, uptime, and the penalty for pulling.
• Has negotiated with a market maker and understands inventory and quoting requirements.
• Can hold a listing with a credible process and day‑one obligation.
• Will work under the GM, beside Trading Systems and Risk, and coordinate with external venues.

Responsibilities

• Design the v1 maker program: obligations, rebates, uptime, pull rules, and removal.
• Recruit the first quoting desks for the Autheo book and coordinate with liquidity partners.
• Write inventory and rebate models to balance THEO spot, perps, and related risk.
• Set tick size, lot size, and minimum resting size with Trading Systems.
• Own the listing gate for the book with Risk and GM; ensure proper oracle and day‑one obligations.
• Publish a daily liquidity report once testnet book is active; track quotes and inventory.
• Coordinate with VP of Exchanges to avoid double‑promised inventory across venues.
