Job summary

Blee is seeking a Head of Legal Engineering to shape how legal judgment powers our AI platform. You will own the function, sharpen methods, improve quality loops, and scale frameworks across enterprise customers.

You will lead a cross‑functional team, work with product, implementation, and customer success, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations. This is a high‑impact leadership role in a growing AI company.

Qualifications

• JD and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Hands-on experience reviewing marketing and advertising materials for claims and disclosures.
• Ability to explain complex legal reasoning in clear, structured language.
• Experience leading people or cross‑functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Legal Engineering function and set direction and standards.
• Own Blee’s legal logic for scalable AI review across customers.
• Represent Blee externally through talking, writing, and events.
• Collaborate with customers’ legal teams to translate requirements to AI effects.
• Enable Implementation and Customer Success with legal context.
• Improve AI quality and keep legal frameworks current.
