Waymo LLC is seeking a Head of Learning & Development and Culture to shape our learning roadmap and workforce capability. You will lead a team, partner with executives, and drive next‑level leadership development across the company.

The role combines strategic design with hands-on implementation, emphasizing data‑driven insights, culture integration, and scalable programs that align with Waymo’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in HR, L&D or related discipline.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in enterprise learning and talent systems.
• Experience in a high-growth tech environment.
• Advanced knowledge in training and organizational development.
• Strong collaboration with senior leaders and across functions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver a multi-year learning and capability strategy.
• Guide implementation of learning strategy across the enterprise and functional cohorts.
• Build an enduring leadership pipeline from first-time managers to executives.
• Develop governance, budget and metrics for People Development and Culture.
