VC Stack is looking for an Investment Principal to manage client portfolios and lead investment strategies in New York. This role involves designing bespoke portfolios, engaging directly with clients, and mentoring junior team members.

Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in professional services, an undergraduate degree, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position offers a competitive salary of $150,000 – $210,000 with additional benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in a professional services role (e.g., consulting, banking, asset management).
• Experience mentoring, training and leading junior team members.
• High intellectual curiosity and willingness to contribute to the business.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) for client portfolios.
• Design multi-asset class portfolios tailored to client needs.
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with clients regarding investments.
