Job summary

Mercy is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist Subspecialty Lead to guide a premier Structural Heart and Cath Lab program in Springfield, MO. Lead a team of interventional and structural cardiologists, drive program growth, and participate in clinical research as desired.

You will expand structural heart services (TAVR, TEER, LAA occlusion, and more) and collaborate with regional teams to advance patient outcomes and innovative care. A competitive package supports this leadership role.

Qualifications

• Board certification in cardiovascular disease.
• Interventional cardiology board certification/eligibility.
• Proven leadership experience within a cardiovascular practice, cath lab, STEMI or structural heart program.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-volume interventional and structural heart program.
• Oversee cath lab operations and STEMI program.
• Collaborate with surgery, imaging, EP, heart failure and vascular teams to drive growth and quality.
