Qualifications

  • A baccalaureate degree and four years of full-time experience in community liaison or program administration with policy duties.
  • High school diploma plus eight years of relevant experience with administrative or policy-making responsibilities.
  • Education/experience equivalency as described in the job posting, with appropriate substitutions allowed.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with elected offices, community boards, and City Hall offices; represent the agency in meetings and events.
  • Set the vision and strategy for a citywide intergovernmental and community engagement operation.
  • Drive the agency's legislative and regulatory agenda reflecting small business, workforce, and neighborhood needs.
