Job summary

Dixie Jet & Rotor Service LLC in Lakeland, FL seeks a Chief Inspector to lead our inspection and quality program. You will ensure compliance with 14 CFR Parts 43 and 145, supervise inspection personnel, and have authority to hold or reject work that does not meet standards.

The role requires FAA A&P certification, IA a plus, 10+ years aviation maintenance with 5+ in inspection/quality, and 2+ years supervisory experience. Familiarity with CAMP Systems, Corridor, Quantum MX, or AMOS is preferred.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P certificate required; IA a plus.
• 10+ years aviation maintenance experience; 5+ in inspection/quality.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of 14 CFR Parts 43, 65, 91, 145.
• Rotorcraft/jet experience preferred.
• Background check and drug screening; valid driver’s license.
• English fluency; familiarity with MRO software.

Requirements

Working knowledge of 14 CFR Parts 43, 65, 91, and 145

Rotorcraft and/or Jet experience preferred

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

A valid driver's license

Read, write, speak, and understand English fluently

Familiarity with modern MRO software platforms such as, CAMP Systems, Corridor, Quantum MX, or AMOS to manage electronic records.
