Job summary

Exponent Inc. seeks a Director of Information Security in Phoenix, AZ to lead the security and privacy program across the firm. You’ll translate risk into strategic guidance for executives, shape the multi-year roadmap, and oversee governance, incident response, and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor a team, manage budgets, and partner with Legal, IT and operations to embed security into all projects, cloud initiatives and data handling, while aligning with client commitments.

Qualifications

• Leadership and governance of enterprise information security programs
• Experience owning security strategy, budgets, and transformation roadmaps
• Proven track record in incident response, controls design, and audits

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year security and privacy strategy and roadmaps
• Lead enterprise information security program across identity, cloud, network, applications, data and AI
• Oversee ISMS, privacy program, governance forums and regulatory assurance
