Qualifications

• Six or more years of progressive information technology leadership experience.
• Two years or more experience leading IT budget planning and multi-year technology strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provides executive leadership and strategic direction for statewide IT initiatives across the agency.
• Oversees the Office of Information Technology budget and enforces fiscal policies.
• Develops and maintains IT policies and governance for acquisitions and projects.
• Leads enterprise IT operations including cybersecurity, data management, and infrastructure services.
