• Recruitment and retention of faculty; implement robust clinical research program.
• Spend ~30% on administrative responsibilities; ~70% on part-time clinical practice.
• Collaborate with MD Anderson Cancer Center on research and education.
• Advise on multidisciplinary care with dedicated oncology teams.
