Job summary

Hemab Therapeutics seeks a Global Head of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance to lead safety, risk management and regulatory strategies across its pipeline. Reporting to the CMO, you will design a scalable safety system, mentor a diverse team, manage budgets, and partner with Clinical, Regulatory, Quality and Biometrics to drive safety excellence.

This hands-on leadership role requires global regulatory expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to communicate with authorities and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• MD with 10+ years in drug safety, PV, risk management.
• Experience as Head of DS & PV, with late-stage development.
• Strong leadership building safety teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Regulatory authority interactions and safety signal management.

Responsibilities

• Lead DS & PV and risk management for all programs.
• Develop DS & PV operations, compliance and medical functions.
• Mentor DS & PV team and drive safety governance.
• Manage budgets and cross-functional safety initiatives.
• Prepare safety data for regulatory submissions and meetings.
