Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of clinical practice and at least 5 years in medical leadership.

• Lead clinical operations across practices and outreach sites with division leadership.
• Directly manage physicians and advanced practice professionals; promote development.
• Champion quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
• Partner with groups to expand services and recruitment strategies.
