Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO will serve as a key member of the executive team, providing leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting, budgeting, and grant management efforts of the organization.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Ensure the financial health and integrity of the organization through strategic stewardship and controllership.* Lead treasury management, financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies.* Spearhead technology transformations within the finance department to improve efficiency and transparency.* Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and the board of directors.* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, advising management on needed actions.* Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems.* Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow for administration, existing programs, and proposed new sites.* Oversee grant accounting, reporting, and compliance to ensure adherence to donor and regulatory requirements.
