Groundworks New Mexico is looking for a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to advance its mission through financial strength and transparency. The CFO will collaborate with university partners, guide financial strategies, manage investments, and support philanthropic growth.

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA certification, and at least 10 years of leadership experience in finance and accounting. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the organization’s future.

The CFO plays a critical role in advancing the Foundation’s mission by ensuring financial strength, transparency, and stewardship. This leader will collaborate across the organization and with University partners to guide financial strategy, manage investments and risk, support philanthropic growth, and help drive enterprise-wide decision-making.
