The Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President (CFO & SVP) is responsible for providing financial leadership and the coordination of UCI Health's financial operations, reporting procedures, budget development, and management functions. The CFO & SVP is also responsible for ensuring financial strength to fulfill strategic objectives and maintain financial stability in alignment with the organization's clinical, research, and teaching missions. They will assess and evaluate the financial performance of the organization with regard to long‑term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts, and create and establish annual financial objectives. The CFO & SVP is also responsible for developing and implementing value‑based strategies. The CFO & SVP is an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team, providing proactive and creative financial guidance and advice to the Board of Directors and other senior leaders. They are a key collaborative and strategic partner of the President, Dean, and the senior leadership team of UCI Health.
