Larksfield Place Retirement Communities, Inc. in Wichita, Kansas, seeks a Chief Financial Officer to join our Executive Leadership Team and guide the organization’s financial strategy, capital planning, and long‑term sustainability for a premier nonprofit senior living campus.

As CFO, you will lead financial operations, reporting to the President & CEO and boards, and partner with leaders to turn complex data into actionable guidance that supports exceptional resident care and community growth.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with at least five years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience.
• Strong command of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls and strategic financial planning.
• CPA in senior living, healthcare, nonprofit, or another complex service organization is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Oversee treasury, investments, banking, debt and liquidity management.
• Ensure audit, tax and regulatory compliance.
• Lead capital planning, financial modeling and strategic analysis.
• Manage financial risk and insurance oversight.
• Prepare board and Finance Committee reports.
• Build and develop the Finance team.

Larksfield Place is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Executive Leadership Team and serve as a trusted advisor to the President & CEO, Board of Directors, and Board of Trustees.

This is more than a traditional finance role. The CFO will have a meaningful voice in the future of Larksfield Place—helping shape financial strategy, capital planning, growth initiatives, and the long‑term sustainability of an organization dedicated to exceptional senior living.

community with a national reputation for excellence. Our campus provides a full

continuum of senior living and healthcare services, supported by an experienced

leadership team committed to responsible stewardship, innovation, and exceptional

service.

What You’ll Lead

As CFO, you will provide executive oversight of Larksfield Place’s financial operations, including:

• Financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and internal controls
• Treasury, investments, banking, debt and liquidity
• Audit, tax and regulatory compliance
• Capital planning, financial modeling and strategic analysis
• Financial risk management and insurance oversight
• Board and Finance Committee reporting
• Leadership and development of the Finance team

You’ll work closely with organizational leaders to turn complex financial information into clear, actionable recommendations and help evaluate the opportunities and investments that will shape Larksfield Place for years to come.

What We’re Looking For
