Role Description

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Seattle Area. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning to support the organization's strategic goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, and maintaining strong internal controls and compliance with relevant regulations. The CFO will partner with executive leadership on investment decisions, capital structure, and risk management, while providing clear financial insights to guide business growth. This role also includes leading and mentoring the finance team, optimizing financial systems and processes, and collaborating across departments to align financial priorities with operational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Finance and strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Financial Planning and budgeting, including forecasting, cash flow management, and strategic resource allocation.
• Advanced experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery to stakeholders.
• Proven leadership in building and managing high-performing finance teams and collaborating effectively with executive and cross-functional partners.
• Extensive knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements; experience in a growth-focused or multi-entity environment is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial audiences and influence decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced credential is preferred.
