The CFO will serve as a key member of the hospital’s executive leadership team and will partner closely with the President/CEO, Board of Directors, and administrative leadership to advance the hospital’s mission, vision, values, and long‑term strategic objectives.

The Chief Financial Officer provides strategic and visionary leadership for all financial activities of El Paso Children’s Hospital. This executive is responsible for the administration, direction, coordination, and oversight of complex healthcare financial systems, programs, and services.
The CFO will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of long‑term financial strategies and operational plans while ensuring financial accountability, transparency, and alignment with the hospital’s strategic priorities.
Working in partnership with the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership team, the CFO will provide financial insight and guidance to support informed decision‑making, organizational growth, operational excellence, and long‑term financial sustainability.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive senior management experience in financial operations within a hospital system or medical center, with complex hospital experience required.
