• Lead all accounting, finance, treasury, and compliance functions
• Serve as strategic partner to CEO/Ownership on growth, capital allocation, and long-term planning
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for capital equipment projects
• Drive margin improvement and cost control initiatives
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
• Implement and optimize ERP and financial reporting systems
• Lead audit, tax, and regulatory compliance
• Build and develop internal finance team
• Support potential M&A, capital investments, or financing initiatives

Ideal Background

• 10+ years progressive finance leadership experience
• Experience as CFO, VP Finance, or Corporate Controller in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of project-based accounting and capital equipment revenue cycles
• Experience in privately held, owner-led, or PE-backed companies preferred
• Proven experience improving financial controls and reporting structure
• ERP implementation or optimization experience
