Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise, ID seeks a Vice President of Finance to provide strategic financial leadership for SAHS and SAMG. Qualifications

MBA or financial master's degree or CPA with a bachelor's in accounting/finance.

Experience with health care operations, reimbursement methods, managed care systems, and revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

Provide finance leadership for SAHS and SAMG; align physician relationships with financial strategy.
Develop and manage physician budgets, strategic financial plans, and capital requests.
Lead financial analysis of physician acquisitions and monitor performance for financial stewardship.
Mentor network executives and finance leaders to strengthen business competencies.
Collaborate with SAHS and SAMG executives to drive cost management and process improvements.
