Job summary

Immaculata University invites applications for the Vice President of Finance and Administration. The role reports to the President and leads all financial operations, budgeting, and policy development to assure long-term health and viability of the University.

The VP will oversee multiple directors, drive data-driven decisions, and align financial plans with strategic priorities while communicating effectively across the institution.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
• At least 10 years of executive-level higher education experience, leading financial/operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the President and serves on the Executive Administration Leadership Team.
• Directs budgets for operating and capital projects and aligns them with strategic initiatives.
• Oversees Finance, Budget & Investments, HR, Technology Services, and Facilities leadership.
• Provides vision and leadership for a diverse community of managers, faculty, staff, and students.
• Oversees campus auxiliary services and contracted food services operations.
