Job summary

Epworth Children & Family Services seeks a visionary CEO to lead its mission of supporting youth and families in foster care, homelessness, and trauma. Report to the Board, you will drive strategic planning, program excellence, and sound fiscal management across a diverse service footprint in the St. Louis region.

Lead fundraising efforts, strengthen external partnerships, and cultivate a healthy organizational culture that empowers staff and delivers impact for vulnerable communities.

Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership in a mission-driven nonprofit.
• Strong strategic planning and implementation abilities.
• Solid financial understanding and sustainability focus.
• Track record in fundraising and donor relations.
• Experience working with a Board of Directors.
• Excellent, collaborative communication and listening skills.

• Lead Epworth in mission delivery, program impact, and fiscal health.
