A boutique real estate investment firm and single family office in El Segundo, California is seeking a CEO reporting to the Board of Directors. The role runs strategic and operational management across the family's real estate and securities portfolios, oversees family office operations (treasury, accounting), leads acquisitions and dispositions of commercial property, and supports the G2 family's generational wealth transition.

The CEO oversees strategic and operational management across the family's real estate and securities portfolios, supervises family office operations including treasury and accounting, manages acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties, and provides financial leadership. The role reports to the Board of Directors and works closely with four G2 family board members (ages 58-69), supporting their generational wealth transition. Additional duties include tax planning, legal coordination, HR oversight, and staff development, while maintaining alignment with the family's stated values of respect, hard work, pursuing excellence, collaboration and teamwork, continual process improvement, integrity, loyalty and transparency.

Required qualifications: the ideal candidate demonstrates 20-25 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, preferably holding a credential such as CPA, MS, JD, CFA, or CFP. Essential background includes extensive real estate development expertise, financial management capabilities, tax-planning proficiency, and demonstrated success working with high-net-worth families through wealth transitions.
