St Anthony of Padua Community Association in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Chief Executive/Director to lead the charity, drive strategic direction and ensure high-quality care services. You will steer organisational governance, finances and operations, while supporting a multi-disciplinary team in a dynamic, regulated environment.

This role reports to the Board of Trustees and will oversee The Bostey, our sister youth service charity, ensuring sustainable growth and impactful community

Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic, financial and operational leadership.
• Work closely with a supportive Board of Trustees and provide direction while ensuring the organisation remains financially sustainable and well governed.
• The CEO also provides line management and infrastructure support for The Bostey, our sister youth service charity.
