W3Global in Murrieta, CA is seeking a Chief Estimator for heavy civil and public works projects. You will independently price bids for grading and demolition, review invitations, and lead takeoff technicians to ensure accurate quantities.

The role requires 12+ years of heavy civil estimating experience, proven bid leadership, and familiarity with public works and prevailing wage; you will coach other estimators and drive weekly sales and KPI reporting.

Formación

• 12+ years of heavy civil estimating experience in grading and demolition.
• Ability to bid projects start to finish independently.
• Experience with public works and prevailing wage estimating; K-12 a plus.
• Strong leadership and training/coaching of other estimators.
• Proficiency with professional estimating software.

THE ROLE
