Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Experience building architecture capabilities or functions.
• Experience partnering directly with executives and business leaders.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Fabric, Copilot, and modern SaaS ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the firm’s architecture function.
• Support the enterprise technology roadmap.
• Create adaptive architecture standards, reference architectures, and governance processes.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and make strategic recommendations.
• Drive application rationalization, simplification, and modernization efforts.
• Reduce technical debt and improve long‑term platform sustainability.
• Partner with business leaders to understand operational challenges and opportunities.
• Mentor developers, analysts, and technical resources to become stronger business‑facing solution architects and consultants.
• Build architecture and solution‑thinking capabilities across the IT organization.
• Lead technical discussions with software vendors, implementation partners, and consulting firms.
