Job description

Business Technology Integrators (BTI), Government Contracting Company located in Upper Marlboro, Md., is seeking an experienced Chief Enterprise Architect (Business Intelligence). Position will be located in Washington DC or Germantown MD with an Active TS Clearance.

Responsibilities
  • Experience with centralizing data from all data stores into a data warehouse and connecting the warehouse to enterprise BI tools.
  • Apply technology to transform complicated data into useful information using BI software to collect, store, and analyze business intelligence data with visualizations to present data clearly and accurately.
  • Design and develop solutions for dashboards, creating automated dashboards, developing multiple views and integrating them into dashboards using a combination of predictive analytics and real‑time reporting for data‑driven intelligence.
  • Support and maintain entire business intelligence backend, including data warehouses and data lakes to produce machine learning and artificial intelligence insights for reporting and analysis outcomes.
  • Lead Extract, Load, Transform processes across a variety of data sources; design/develop solutions for aggregated facts using metadata; create processes to manage high volumes of data at one time; optimize data modeling and database solutions to sustain data governance and data democracy.
  • Communicate orally and in writing to articulate complicated BI concepts and collaborate with program stakeholders including IT and business program and project managers, data architects, scientists, analysts, business intelligence teams, cybersecurity analysts, and data quality management teams.
  • Diagnose and debug operational issues for data warehouse and BI support components; participate in software lifecycle management including supporting automated testing, documentation, code versioning, and change and configuration management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Information Technology or a related field (computer science, engineering, math, or similar).
  • At least ten (10) years of experience as a data architect, BI developer, or BI manager with extensive use of data components and information management systems (transactional data) to determine platforms, processes, and procedures for a central data warehouse based on business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Experience integrating capability and information to address data security/authentication and web accessibility requirements.
