Job summary

CSG Talent is seeking a Director of Engineering & Maintenance to provide strategic and operational leadership across engineering, maintenance, reliability, utilities, facilities, automation and capital-project activities in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

The role requires delivering safe, reliable, efficient and compliant production, with a focus on continuous improvement and long-term capacity growth in a regulated setting.

Qualifications

Typically 10+ years of progressive engineering/maintenance in manufacturing.
Strong leadership of engineering and maintenance teams.
Experience in high-regulated food manufacturing environments (meat/dairy).
Proven track record leading major capital projects and budgets.
Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance systems.
Strong understanding of automation, controls and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead Engineering and Maintenance across manufacturing operations.
Develop asset-management and reliability strategy with KPIs.
Drive preventive/predictive maintenance programs and new tech adoption.
Partner with Operations to eliminate downtime and waste.
Oversee capital projects: budgets, schedules, ROI, and governance.
Develop and mentor a high-performing maintenance team.
