• Strong knowledge of products, technologies, and engineering processes relevant to MGS’ business.
• Demonstrated experience in engineering roles with a focus on cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Engineering function to ensure technical excellence.
• Oversee design, development, and industrialization of products.
• Drive engineering change management to standardize design processes.
• Ensure coordination between Engineering, R&D, and other functions.
