The Chief Engineering role is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Dallas, GA, responsible for overseeing all hotel engineering, maintenance, and physical plant operations. This role leads the engineering team to ensure optimal functioning of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety equipment, while maintaining guest rooms and public areas in excellent condition. Day‑to‑day tasks include scheduling and supervising maintenance activities, coordinating repair projects with vendors, managing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and local codes. The Chief Engineering leader will monitor budgets, control inventory of tools and supplies, and identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and sustainability.
