Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related) required; master's preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role with a track record of successful project management.
• Strong technical knowledge across engineering disciplines.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency with engineering software and tools.
• Knowledge of safety standards, codes and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering department, ensuring efficient project execution and technical quality.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies, standards, and best practices to optimize operational performance.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of engineering systems and infrastructure.
