Job summary

Intellian Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior systems engineer to define the system architecture for gateway platforms from our Lake Forest, CA office.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams (RF, software, mechanical, systems) and own technical decisions, trade-offs, and standards to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability. The role requires 15+ years in satellite or telecom system engineering with proven leadership on large gateway or infrastructure programs, deep RF/antenna

Qualifications

• 15+ years in satellite or telecom system engineering.
• Proven leadership in large-scale gateway or infrastructure programs.
• Deep expertise in RF systems, antenna, and network integration.
• Experience across commercial and defense environments preferred.

Location:

On-site presence preferred at our Lake Forest, CA office. Remote flexibility may be available depending on the candidate.

California Salary Range:

$260,000–$350,000 annually. Compensation for candidates hired outside of California may vary based on location and applicable market conditions.
