WHAT YOU’LL DO

• You will be the Technical Lead responsible for growing Anduril’s Fury product line international market, owning the design process, gaining a deep understanding of the aircraft, and identifying technical development roadmaps including scope, cost and schedule required to prototype, test, and manufacture exportable Fury aircraft.
• Work closely with the Program Chief Engineer, Program Director, Anduril Growth, Export compliance, technical departments, US and Foreign Suppliers and US and Foreign government subject matter experts and senior leaders.
• Lead development of program vision and strategies, employment CONOPs, alternate configurations, and necessary engineering activities to support. As the CE for International you will own the technical solution space and vehicle configuration, establish requirements, design review entrance/exit criteria, execute trade studies, and drive operational analysis to determine system effectiveness.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership, supporting teams across Anduril, and current and prospective customers. Written communication in the form of white papers and technical presentations will be key to success.
• Provide clear direction to the broader Anduril team and drive to achieve success.
• Begin with a high level of individual contributor work to initiate a program. Success will result in establishing a product line of exportable Fury systems, requiring building a technical and programmatic team around business opportunities.
• Develop budgetary estimates and schedules working with functional engineering teams.
• Develop staffing estimates, and work with functional engineering and operations teams to recruit top talent and integrate them into the team.
• Work with foreign suppliers and vendors to incorporate relevant capabilities onto the Group 5 platform.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering Degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of technical engineering experience in a professional environment.
• Proven experience developing and executing detailed action strategies.
• Experience managing technical development projects or programs.
• Experience building and leading technical teams.
• Experience with aircraft system design, prototype and test.
• Experience with supporting or leading customer‑facing technical discussions.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with unmanned aircraft system design, prototype and test.
• Experience with Foreign Military Sales, direct commercial sales of defense systems.
• Experience with foreign military design standards and airworthiness processes.
• Experience integrating foreign vendor engineering and manufacturing teams, as well as subsystems and other products.
• Familiarity with ITAR, EAR regulations and processes.
• Experience with foreign military and U.S. export requirements for cyber security and anti‑tamper.
• Experience managing U.S. Government programs.
• Active DoD TS clearance.

US SALARY RANGE

• $254,000 – $336,000 USD (inclusive of base salary only; actual offer may vary based on experience, education, and business considerations).
