• Proven experience leading complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Hands-on mindset with prototypes and flight tests.

• Own the technical architecture and engineering roadmap of the drone.
• Lead cross-disciplinary engineering efforts.
• Drive trade studies on performance and reliability.
