Job summary

Temple Judea in Coral Gables, FL, seeks a Senior Director of Education to lead its educational ecosystem from preschool through adult education. You will partner with clergy and senior staff to align curricula, programs, and community engagement with the congregation’s mission of learning, gathering, and worship.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of senior educational leadership, experience supervising educators, and a proven track record in budgeting and enrollment strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of senior educational leadership experience.
• Experience supervising and developing professional staff.
• Experience overseeing budgets, enrollment management, and program resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic educational strategy across preschool through adult education.
• Coach and develop education directors and faculty.
• Oversee Margaux School, Religious School, Club Judea, B'nai Mitzvah, and Adult Education.
• Collaborate with clergy and senior leadership on family education and Israel education.
