You will oversee donor communications, annual giving programs, and a potential future capital campaign, while mentoring staff and volunteers to expand the philanthropic footprint across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fundraising experience, including significant major gift experience.
• Proven success cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major donors.
• Experience managing donor portfolios and collaborating with boards and senior leadership.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Greenwood House seeks an accomplished, relationship-driven Chief Development Officer to lead fundraising, with an emphasis on major gifts and donor engagement.
For more than 85 years, Greenwood House has provided compassionate care to older adults and their families through skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, home care, hospice, and Meals on Wheels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of major donors through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
