Qualifications

• CFRE certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive fundraising leadership experience.
• 4+ years of executive-level management experience in nonprofit development.
• Strong knowledge of community engagement and marketing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of fund development.
• Cultivate key donor relationships and lead fundraising efforts.
• Ensure alignment of fundraising efforts with organizational vision.
• Develop and implement bold fundraising strategies.
