Job summary

Winixx Health is seeking a Chief Data, Privacy & Security Officer to establish the trust architecture and govern health data across the platform. You will lead privacy, cybersecurity, authorization, and data controls for the healthcare OS.

You will collaborate with Legal & Compliance on regulatory requirements while designing incident-response capabilities and governance for research datasets. This executive role offers visa sponsorship and a path to build a new healthcare infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Ability to design or govern complex security, privacy, or data systems.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity, access control, data governance, and privacy principles.
• Ability to reason across technical, legal, clinical, and organizational boundaries.
• Advanced technical, legal, privacy, or security education is valued.
• Professional certifications may be valuable depending on background.
• Direct healthcare CISO/CDPO experience is not required where equivalent capability is demonstrated.

Winixx Health is being developed as a healthcare infrastructure platform designed to make preventive healthcare broadly accessible, make early detection a default part of healthcare, and coordinate the transition from detection to clinical review, referral, intervention, emergency response, and follow-up. Role Summary

The Chief Data, Privacy & Security Officer establishes the trust architecture of Winixx Health. This leader is responsible for health-data governance, cybersecurity, privacy, authorization, auditability, research-data controls, and protection of sensitive information throughout the healthcare OS.

What You'll Do

• Establish the Winixx Health data-governance framework
• Lead health-data privacy and cybersecurity strategy
• Establish authorization, identity, access-control, and audit systems
• Define data minimization and retention principles
• Establish standards for device, platform, provider, and institutional data exchange
• Develop security architecture and incident-response capabilities
• Establish governance for research datasets and de-identified information
• Work with Legal & Compliance on regulatory requirements
• Establish independent privacy and security review mechanisms
• Ensure commercial, clinical, government, and research data uses remain appropriately separated
• Establish security and privacy standards for vendors and partners
• Communicate security and privacy risks to executive leadership and the board

What We're Looking For

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Privacy, Information Systems, Law, Health Informatics, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to design or govern complex security, privacy, or data systems
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity, access control, data governance, and privacy principles
• Ability to reason across technical, legal, clinical, and organizational boundaries
• Advanced technical, legal, privacy, or security education strongly valued
• Relevant professional certifications may be valuable depending on background
• Direct healthcare CISO/CDPO experience is not required where equivalent capability is demonstrated
