Job summary

United Hospital Fund (UHF) is seeking a Chief Data Officer (CDO) to strengthen its ability to use data, evidence, and insight to inform policy and program priorities in New York. The CDO will oversee data analytics strategy, governance, visualization, and partnerships, leading a team to advance actionable insights across the organization.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressively responsible experience in health care data and analytics with leadership experience.
Strong foundation in management of large health care datasets (claims, clinical, population health).
Proficient with SQL and familiar with Python/R and BI tools.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic direction for data and analytics across UHF's Policy & Program.
Build and manage the data & analytics team with clear priorities and standards.
Oversee data governance, privacy, and security.
Develop data infrastructure, access, tools, talent, and partnerships.
Establish analytic frameworks and visualization standards for prioritizing work.
