Job summary

Techfellow Limited is seeking a senior cybersecurity leader to drive enterprise exposure management, moving from traditional vulnerability reporting to predictive, intelligence-led practices. You will own and reshape the strategy, enhance visibility across on-premises and cloud, and align remediation with business risk.

The role demands executive influence and a track record of leading security teams through complex transformations.

Qualifications

12+ years in cybersecurity with 6+ years in senior leadership.
Lead a multi-year transformation of vulnerability/exposure management.
Deep expertise in vulnerability assessment across networks, cloud, apps.
Ability to translate vulnerabilities into business risk for leadership.
Experience with AI-enabled threats and exposure validation approaches.

Responsibilities

Define a 3–5 year strategy to improve threat visibility and remediation.
Expand attack-surface visibility across infrastructure, cloud, and identity systems.
Lead and develop an established security team and collaborate with stakeholders.
Shape exposure validation using pen testing and breach-and-attack simulations.
Translate technical risks for senior leadership and risk/audit functions.
Drive automation to reduce remediation times and recurring weaknesses.
