North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is seeking a Chief CRNA for Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN. This full-time role offers a robust compensation package and a $75K sign-on bonus, with a strong anesthesia care team model and extensive perioperative support.

You will oversee anesthesia care across orthopedic, general, GI, cardiac, and other procedures, with leadership responsibilities and collaboration with a team of physicians and CRNAs.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education.
• Current license as a registered professional nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
